If you are a pizza lover like myself, this experience is a must when in Positano. The views are magnificent and worth the little journey further up the mountains to Montepertuso! We took the bus to and from. The class was more like spending time with family while learning secrets and tips on the art of pizza making. We watched and learned and also took a turn ourself at making delicious pizzas. Oh and the wine was delicious ! So relaxing and such a chill vibe. Federico is super fantastic and also very informative!! Not just about pizza but he also has a ton of knowledge of the area with recommendations and info for anything you can think of. We had such a fun time !! Federico, we thank you for our Positano Pizza Experience ! Ciao bella 🍕❤️

If you love pizza, then you can’t miss this experience! We spent 2 weeks in Italy and this was one of our favorite things we did! Federico and Julia were a wonderful hosts and welcomed us into his home like we were old friends. Communication from the moment we booked was great. He arranged transportation to and from our VRBO, made sure dietary restrictions were met and that we all had an amazing and fun night! The food was by far the best we had in Italy! I truly can’t recommend this enough - for all ages!

The Positano Pizza Experience was one of the best things we did in Positano! Federico and his assistant, Julia, were welcoming, friendly, and thorough. Federico arranged transportation from Positano to and from his home, in addition to providing us with video walking directions from the road. He requested information about dietary restrictions in advance and was cautious about those restrictions. Federico was personable and entertaining. He told stories, taught us how to make amazing pizza, and was really patient and inclusive of our six year old (who asked if we could go back the next day). He even sent us home with recipes. Federico and Julia provided appetizers (including delicious fried zucchini blossoms, vegetables, meat, and cheese), bottomless red and white wine, loads of pizza, tiramisu, and lemoncello. The setting and views were spectacular! If you're wondering if this is worth the cost, it is absolutely worth every penny. Every person in my group loved it and would highly recommend it when visiting Positano! Tip: Groups are small, so be sure to book in advance.

WOW! We highly recommend this incredible, one of a kind cooking experience. Federico is such a passionate, gracious, and entertaining host that welcomes guests into his home in the hills above Positano. You get to learn tips (and his personal recipe) from a local pizza artisan, listen to his engaging stories, and eat delicious food alongside new friends. This is a 5 star experience and a must do for all those looking for something off the beaten path in Positano!

My family and I had the best time learning how to make pizzas at the Positano Pizza Experience in August. Federico is very welcoming and friendly, and has a beautiful home on the cliffs above Positano. Prior to the event, he was extremely communicative and helped us arrange transportation and directions to get to his place. Once we arrived, we had a great time learning step by step on how to make the perfect pizza. We tried many pizzas during our time in naples and the amalfi coast, and Federico's were among the absolute best! There is plenty of food, wine, and fun throughout the night. During our two weeks, we agreed this was one of our favorite experiences, and we even continue to use his recipe to make pizzas at home. I would recommend this experience to anyone staying in positano.

If you are looking for something fun to do in Positano, I highly recommend Federico’s Pizza Experience! Federico will teach you how to make delicious pizza in an old wood-burning stove, while surrounded by friendliness and warmth of his home and the beauty of the location. The spectacular view from Federico’s Montepertuso terrace allows you to look down onto the town and the sea below the beautiful mountain-side rooftops. We really enjoyed the appetizers and pizza, all of which were made with clean and fresh ingredients. All our pizzas turned out delicious, too. The wine, dessert, and limoncello were also excellent! Federico communicated very well while we were planning our trip, was extremely accommodating, and was an overall incredible host, who made this experience so fun!

We could not have asked for a better night at Federico’s pizza cooking class. He made us feel right at home as soon as we stepped inside and we got to meet amazing people. His home has beautiful views and he taught us how to make the best pizza. He was extremely helpful in assisting us in getting from Praiano where we are staying to his home. He arranged our transportation and make the whole process seamless. He also gave us great recommendations for the remainder of our stay. Federico’s cooking class is a must for anyone traveling to Positano!! If we ever come back to Positano, this will be the first place we go.

This a MUST ADD to your Positano to-do list, and was the best pizza we’ve had by far on the Amalfi Coast!! Federico is incredible and we had so much fun!! The experience is intimate and authentic, and Federico even gives you the recipes to take home. 10000/10 recommend!!
